Description: ABA-approved program, with small class sizes. Night
classes are available for working students. Our campus is located
near the state capital of Jackson, and we feature a generous transfer
policy. Students can use the Mississippi College School of Law
library (an ABA-approved law school) and campus library, and we
offer college and program placement services, a full-time director
and a mock trial team (no credit).

Description: The Paralegal program at the University
of Southern Mississippi is an ABA-approved program with two full-time
faculty members, one of whom is a CLA and the other an attorney.
Additional instruction is provided by practicing CLAs. Internships
are encouraged. The program is housed in the Political Science
Department, but has its own director, with about 80 majors.
