HOTEL REGISTRATION

The room block at the Westin Copley Place Boston is filled; but THERE IS STILL ROOM FOR YOU! We have secured rooms at the beautiful Lenox Hotel for your convenience. This property is less than one block from the Westin and affords you the same convenience of near-by attractions and full access to the conference hotel. Make your reservations by calling 1-800-225-7676. Be sure to mention the ABA Spring 2008 National Legal Malpractice Conference to receive the discounted rate of $298.00 per night (plus taxes). Make your reservations no later than March 18, 2008 5:00pm Central Standard Time. Space is on a first-come, first-served basis, so make your reservations early. Unclaimed rooms will be released after March 18th and the hotel will accept reservations at the ABA rate based on availability only. You will receive confirmation of your reservation directly from the hotel. Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservations 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge. Rooms should be available for check-in no later than 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Early check-ins or late check-outs will be offered based on availability. CLE & CEU CREDIT

MCLE accreditation for this program has been requested from every state with MCLE requirements. Certificates of attendance will be provided at the conference.

CEUs have been requested for Licensed Adjusters through the CEU Institute, Inc. Be sure to indicate on the conference registration form if you wish to receive CEU credit.

A room is available for open 12-Step Support Group Meetings for interested attendees. Sessions will be available from 7:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m. on Thursday and Friday.

CANCELLATIONS

Conference cancellations received at the ABA office by March 31, 2008 will be refunded subject to a $50.00 handling fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after March 31st. A $50.00 late registration fee will be applied to all registrations processed on-site.
