We are seeking your input on sessions for the Spring 2010 ABA National Legal Malpractice Conference. This conference is the premier bi-annual conference designed for lawyers’ liability practitioners, law firm managing partners and general counsel, in-house counsel, and all legal malpractice insurance professionals interested in the wide array of issues impacting lawyers’ professional liability. While we welcome a quick indicating an interest in a topic, we welcome your submission of a session proposal. Session proposals should be submitted by October 9th to receive timely consideration for the Spring 2010 conference.
