How to register for the 2008 EJC Conference

Basic Conference Fees

Team and Program registrations cannot be submitted online. They must be submitted together in one group and mailed or faxed.

Registration Fee Discounts

Only one discount may be used per registrant! Discounts cannot be combined.

  • Membership Discount - Current ABA Individual Members and NLADA Individual or Program Members receive a 15% discount on their registration. To join the ABA, go to www.abanet.org/join/. To join NLADA, go to www.nlada.org/Member_Svcs/MemberSvcs_Become

  • Team Discount ***

    • Bar Association Team - Send at least 2 members of the governing body of a bar association or State Access to Justice Commission and receive a 20% discount per registration. This category includes the bar association executive director.

    • State Team - Send at least 3 people: the legal services program director, pro bono manager, board chair, state Access to Justice Commission chair or judge and receive a 20% discount for each member of your state team(s).

    • Program Team - Send at least 4 or more people from the same pro bono program, legal services program or law school and the 4th person and each one after receives a 20% discount. The first three registrants are not eligible for this discount.

    ***The Fine Print: Registration for team discounts cannot be made online. Registrations must be submitted as a group by mail or fax.

Cancellation Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be in writing and received at the ABA no later than April 21, 2008.

  • Fees will be refunded less a $75 administrative charge if received by April 21, 2008.

  • After April 21, 2008 registration fees are not refundable but registration may transfer to another individual for the 2008 EJC.

Continuing Legal Education Units

NLADA will apply for CLE accreditation for all qualifying conference sessions in each state with madatory CLE. Complete information will be available in the registration packet you receive at check-in. Please familiarize yourself with your state's CLE requirements.
