Hearings on the Delivery of Legal Services through Technology

Information for Presenters at the Minneapolis Hearing

  • The hearing will begin at 11:50 AM, Friday, May 9th, in the Conrad C Room of the Hilton Minneapolis, 1001 Marquette Ave South, Minneapolis.
  • Those appearing should be present at least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
  • Please sign in upon your arrival at the hearing room.
  • If you are late, the Committee cannot guarantee that you will have an opportunity to appear.
  • If you must cancel an appearance, please contact Janice Jones at 312/988-5787, or .
  • Walk-ins will be accommodated only if time permits.
  • Those appearing will be given 20 minutes. This includes time for prepared remarks and dialogue with the hearing panel. Please do not plan on taking the entire time for prepared remarks.
  • Pre-hearing materials should be submitted no later than May 1st. Materials may be submitted at anytime, but will not necessarily be reviewed by Committee members if submitted after May 1st. Written materials provided for the hearing will be posted at the hearing web site. Please go here to sign a release giving permission for your comments to be posted.
  • Audio of hearing presentations will be archived at the hearing web site. Please go here to sign a release giving permission for your comments to be posted.
  • You will have a laptop computer, an LCD projector and Internet connectivity available. Please have your materials available on a zip drive at the hearing or provide them to , no later than May 2nd.
