Report No. 400

The recommendation was revised to read as follows:

RESOLVED, That the Association policies set forth in Attachment 1 to Report 400 dated July, 2000, are archived and no longer considered to be current policy of the American Bar Association and shall not be expressed as such.

FURTHER RESOLVED, That any Policy 10 years old or older which is not contained either in the ABA Policy and Procedures Handbook (Green Book) or the American Bar Association Legislative Issues list and which has not been subject to the review mandated by Recommendation 400, adopted by the House of Delegates at the 1996 Annual Meeting, is considered to be archived.
