2000 Annual Meeting

The recommendation was revised to read as follows:

RESOLVED, That the American Bar Association should partner with the public health community, and national, state, local and territorial bar associations to improve access to legal services for breast cancer patients;

FURTHER RESOLVED, That the American Bar Association urges Congress, states, territories and local governments to provide adequate funding for basic research and clinical trials to find a cure for breast cancer and other women's health conditions in that the present level of spending is not adequate. to find a cure.
