We are pleased to invite you to register for the 2007 ABA National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law (formerly the EEO Committee Midwinter Meeting). We are confident that this newly-formatted national conference will be the definitive CLE program on EEO law for the coming year. The National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law is presented by the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law's Equal Employment Opportunity Law Committee.

This brochure outlines the outstanding program that the EEO Committee has developed. This CLE event provides an unparalled opportunity to focus on both trial practice issues and current legal and policy developments relating to equal employment opportunity and workplace claims. The program will address issues and concerns from the perspective of plaintiff, management, union, and government counsel. As you review the program, this diversity of interests is clear.

We hope that you will join us in Charleston for this exceptional conference!

C. Geoffrey Weirich, Employer Co-Chair
Adam T. Klein, Employee Co-Chair
Julie Richard Spencer, Union & Employee Co-Chair
