Meeting & Social Events
The meeting will begin with a Welcome Reception/Buffet Dinner on Wednesday, February 27 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Half Moon. The general sessions will be on Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A reception and dinner party will be held at the resort on Thursday, February 28, preceded by a reception for first-time attendees. A breakfast for registered spouses, partners, children and guests has been scheduled for Thursday, February 28 from 9:00 to 10:30 am. A representative from a local tour company will be available to answer questions and to offer suggestions for off-site activities. Please indicate in your registration if your guest(s) would like to attend the breakfast.

Continuing Legal Education Credit
Required sponsor documentation will be forwarded to and credit requested from MCLE states with general requirements for all lawyers. Each state determines the number of hours to be credited for attendance. Uniform Certificates of Attendance will be available at the meeting.

Meeting Registration
The registration fee for the 2007 Midwinter Meeting is $250 for Section of Labor & Employment Law members, $325 for non-members and $125 for guests. The registration fees include meeting materials, continental breakfasts and breaks during the meeting, the Wednesday welcome reception/buffet dinner and the Thursday reception and dinner.

Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois 60610. Refunds for cancellations, less a $50 administrative fee, will be processed provided written notification is received in the Section office by February 9. Hotel Accommodations and Reservations

We have negotiated very favorable group rates of $340 single / $365 double occupancy, which include the Breakfast Meal Plan. The group rates will be honored three days prior and three days after the meeting, based on availability. The reservation deadline for the group rate is January 7, 2007. After this date (or once the group block has been filled), the group rate will be subject to availability. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at 876/953-2211 or 800/626-0592. If necessary, cancellations must be made by January 7, 2008 to avoid a one-night cancellation charge and by February 21, 2008 to avoid a three-night cancellation charge.

Travel to Jamaica
Direct flights are available to/from Montego Bay (MBJ) on Air Jamaica, American, United, Delta, Northwest, U.S. Airways and Air Canada. Airfare discounts are available on American Airlines when calling the ABA's preferred travel agency, Travelocity Business at 866/321-8403. Please note that the discounts are not available via the airline websites.

Ground Transportation
Half Moon Resort is located 30 minutes from Sangster International Airport (MBJ). Roundtrip airport transfers are included in the room rates.
