Hotel Accommodations and Reservations

Located approximately 40 miles south of Cancun near the town of Playa del Carmen, this rapidly growing tourist destination is renowned for its pristine beaches, lush forest, Mayan ruins and premier diving and snorkeling. This is the perfect base from which to explore the fascinating sites along the Cancun–Tulum Corridor of Quintana Roo, commonly referred to as the “Riviera Maya” (Mayan Riviera). To get to the Fairmont Mayakoba Luxury Cancun Resort, you can fly into either Cancun (CUN) or Cozumel (CZM).

Created to harmonize with the unspoiled tropical forest, Fairmont Mayakoba Luxury Cancun Resort's various areas are connected by a series of deep lagoons enabling easy movement from place to place throughout the resort development using complimentary “lanchas,” a covered canal boat service, as well as a network of well-marked nature trails. Electric golf carts and bicycles are also available throughout the property.

We have negotiated a very favorable group rate at the Fairmont Mayakoba Luxury Cancun Resort of $299 for Deluxe Casitas, plus 2% room tax. In addition, a $15 per person per day resort fee will apply, which covers bellman and maid gratuities. The group rate will be honored three days prior and three days after the meeting, based on availability. The reservation deadline for the group rate is January 8, 2008. After this date the group rate will be subject to availability. Reservations may be made by calling resort directly at 011-52-984-206-3000, Fairmont Central Reservations at 800-441-1414 or online at www.fairmont.com (Promotional Code “GRADR1”).
