Track of the Month- The Consulting Track: Don’t Worry- My Lawyer Will Know the Answer
Attendees with all levels of experience will not want to miss this myriad of programs designed to provide practical guidance and strategy, along with analysis of legal trends and case law developments involving all facets of employment discrimination and workplace rights and responsibilities.
Presenters will include attorney experts representing employees, employers, and unions as well as in-house attorneys and representatives from government agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, plus neutrals and academics, along with guest speakers from organizations, such as the National Workrights Institute. In addition, in order to address complex issues raised by the increasingly global workforce, the Consulting Track program will also be presented by dynamic and experienced international attorneys on counseling of multi-national U.S. companies operating outside of the United States.
