Sponsorship Opportunities

The ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law, with a membership of more than 21,000, is the preeminent forum for lawyers who represent all perspectives of labor and employment law: employer, union, employee, public and neutral. We are committed to providing members with opportunities to enhance their professional skills, stay on top of current trends and issues, and network with their peers in these substantive areas.

We are proud to announce our inaugural Section of Labor & Employment Law CLE Conference will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on November 7-10, 2007. This three-day Conference will include prominent speakers and exciting educational panels.

The meeting will draw top practitioners, representing plaintiffs, unions and employers, those new to the field, in-house counsel, government lawyers and academics. We are confident that we have planned a program that will offer great value to attendees; however, we also are attentive to the financial obligations that the coordination of such large-scale annual program necessitates. Your contribution will help us provide this outstanding program for the legal community at an affordable price.

As a Conference sponsor, you will have the opportunity to enhance your company's visibility in the field of labor and employment law, as well as position your company as a strong supporter of the Section and its educational activities.

The events at the 2007 Section CLE Conference include:

Welcome Reception
Welcome Reception Entertainment
Continental Breakfasts (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
Refreshment Breaks
Friday Evening Reception

Your company may sponsor a specific event either solely or in part. If your company wishes to be the sole sponsor of an event, please contact Tracey Moore at 312/988-5815 or mooret@staff.abanet.org to discuss the contribution amount. Alternatively, your company may make a general contribution that will be used for one or more of these events.

The funding levels available for Conference sponsorship are as follows:

Diamond $10,000
Platinum $5,000
Gold  $2,500
Silver  $1,000
Bronze $500

Sponsors will be recognized in Conference marketing materials, which will be disseminated to 30,000+ lawyers who practice in the labor and employment law field. In addition, sponsors will be acknowledged in the on-site program book and signage, in the Section newsletter, and on the Section's website. Sponsors at the Diamond and Platinum and Levels also will be offered 2 complimentary Conference registrations.
