Pro Bono Volunteers Welcome in Louisiana, Mississippi, & Texas

Lawyers can provide pro bono civil legal assistance to the victim's of Hurricane Katrina working through the Louisiana State Bar Association, Mississippi State Bar Association, Texas State Bar Association / American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Legal Assistance Program. Lawyers must file with each State Bar Association and work with designated legal services providers.

Lawyer & Firm Relocation Information

The American Bar Association and LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell recognize that many lawyers and their respective clients have relocated as a result of the impact of Katrina. In collaboration of efforts, LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell has established a message board for lawyers and firms to post relocation information to reach their clients and the general public.
