The Coalition for Justice encourages access, raises public awareness and develops public/bar partnerships with national organizations and federal agencies on justice system issues. Coalition members include not only bar leaders, but also officials from public interest, business, media and senior citizens organizations.
The Coalition's goal is to help restore public confidence in the justice system by developing a broad-based network of organizations that will support and participate in justice system improvements at the state and local level. The outreach efforts of the Coalition have resulted in partnerships with groups such as the Justice at Stake, League of Women Voters, NAACP and others.
