Presented here are ten amendments to the Report with Recommendations filed by the Commission with the ABA House of Delegates in December 2006. They will be considered by the House of Delegates on Monday, February 12. The Commission approved these amendments following a review of many comments and suggestions received from a variety of ABA and external entities between the December posting and January 24, 2007.
