
The Summer 2008 edition of The Judges Journal is part 1 of a part 2 series featuring articles addressing the concept of "Access To Justice" for all. This issue also features an article from ABA president elect H. Thomas Wells Jr. as he dedicates his presidential year to this topic. Part 2 will be available in Fall 2008.
Your membership in the Judicial
Division includes a subscription to The Judges' Journal,
the quarterly magazine of the Judicial Division. It is published
for judges, lawyers and others interested in the courts and
how they operate. The Judges' Journal includes timely
articles addressing issues affecting members of individual Judicial
Division Conferences as well as matters affecting the judiciary
as a whole.
Subscriptions for Judicial Division members are included in
dues. Institutions and individuals not eligible for membership
