Leadership and Governance
Governance
The Judicial Division is governed by a Council consisting of the JD officers and the Chairs from each of its six Conferences. The Council sets policy for the Division, coordinates the activities of the Conferences, fills unexpired terms and annually reviews its Bylaws. The Council has general supervision and control of Division affairs subject to the provisions of the Constitution and Bylaws of the ABA and Bylaws of the Division.
