Programs

The AJC conducts educational programs including seminars co-sponsored with the Appellate Judges Education Institute (AJEI). These programs are designed to allow attendees to meet and network while discussing and learning about timely issues facing the appellate judiciary. Spencer-Grimes Appellate Judges Seminars

The Spencer-Grimes Appellate Judges Seminars provide judges the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with legal scholars and appellate judges from other jurisdictions. Topics are timely and are designed to fulfill approximately 15 hours of continuing judicial education requirements.

Council of Appellate Staff Attorneys Seminar

This annual seminar offers appellate court lawyers valuable opportunities to focus both on substantive legal issues and professional performance enhancing techniques. CLE credit is available.

Council of Appellate Lawyers Seminar

This annual seminar offers joint and separate seminars for appellate lawyers and appellate judges, as well as unique opportunities for informal exchange. A variety of challenging issues are addressed. CLE credit is available.
