CASA is governed by the Executive Board, comprised of four officers – Chair, Chair-Elect, Immediate Past Chair, and Secretary – and five members-at-large. Pursuant to CASA’s bylaws, the officers and members-at-large are elected by the membership at the Council’s annual business meeting.
