Plan Design, Litigation and Turmoil in the Employee Benefits System: Which Came First the Chicken or the Egg?

What is the future of the employer-sponsored employee benefits system? What are the problems in the system and can they be fixed? If they are not fixed, what does that mean for employers and employees? This session will discuss the cause and effect of trends in plan design and litigation on the current turmoil in the employee benefits system.
