Entry Formalities
All attendees are responsible for checking visa entry requirements for the UK. Applications can take several months to process and some delegates will have to apply for their visa in person at their local embassy. Please contact your local embassy for entry formalities and apply for any required visa well in advance.

We strongly advise that you check with your embassy a month prior to traveling to ensure that entry requirements have not changed.
We are unable to send visa supporting application letters to attendees prior to receipt of your registration form and full payment of fees.
As with all ABA conferences, it is each attendee’s responsibility to respect the laws and customs of the host country.
Access for the Disabled
The Grosvenor House Hotel and all official ABA social function venues are accessible by wheelchair. In addition, handicapped rooms at the Grosvenor House Hotel are available upon request. Please notify us if you require special assistance.
Badges
For security reasons, name badges must be worn at all times during the conference and at social functions. Your name badge is your pass for meetings and opening ceremony. Proof of identity is required for replacement badges.
Dress Code
For the 2007 Fall Meeting, business casual and business attire are both appropriate. The Thursday evening reception and dinner at Middle Temple offers an optional Black Tie dress code for the enjoyment of the attendees.
ABA International are delighted that Moss Bros will be our chosen organisation to provide Dress Suit Hire for the Middle Temple dinner on Thursday, 4th October. Moss Bros have given us a great deal so should you need to hire a suit or accessories please complete the form attached and fax through to Tristan Newman to the fax number quoted.
Forms should be completed by 30th September and suits will be available for collection on Wednesday, 3rd October at their Regent St flagship store.
