Join Section members for this unique intellectual and social experience, scheduled prior to
the Fall Meeting in London. Oriel College, founded in 1326 by King Edward II, is one of the
oldest colleges within the University. It is centrally located in Oxford, just off of the High
Street. The Oxford Retreat will offer insights into both the historical traditions and latest
developments in Public International Law, with a focus on the theme of sovereignty and
humanity.
