2006 FALL MEETING COURSE ID #: 06055 All attendees needing CLE credit at the 2006 Fall Meeting are required to record their attendance to receive credit. Each state has specific directions to follow in order to obtain CLE credit. Please read below the steps to following for each state. The Section will provide the appropriate CLE documentation in the back of each program session throughout the 3 days of the Fall Meeting. Should you have a question about CLE at the Fall Meeting, please come to the CLE booth in the registration room at the Biltmore Hotel and a staff member will be happy to assist you. CLE State Requirements: Four states (Texas, Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware) require specific procedures and documentation in order for attorneys to receive CLE credit at the Fall Meeting. Attendees from all other states should sign-in once for the meeting and take a Uniform Certificate of Attendance form. The Texas scantron CLE card is will be in the back of every CLE Session room. Refer to the scantron card for specific directions. Each Texas attendee obtaining credit must also sign in on the standard CLE sign in sheet as well fill out a Uniform Certificate. Each Pennsylvania attendee must sign in on the standard CLE sign-in sheet and also take a Uniform Certificate of Attendance which will be in the back of every CLE session room. Please be sure to read the instructions at the top of the PENN form as to where to send your certificate. The New York attendees sign in and out at each session they attend and must obtain New York Certificate of Attendance forms. These forms will be available at the back of each room, and extras will be available at the registration counter. Attendees only need to fill out one Certificate after they have completed the programs they plan to attend at the Fall Meeting. The Delaware attendee must sign in and out at each session he/she attends and take a uniform certificate of attendance. Please read the top of the Uniform Certificate as to where it should be filed.
