2005 FALL MEETING INFORMATION

Refunds Policy

Note: Meeting registration is required for all events. Registrations must be received with payment to be processed. September 22, 2005 is the latest date for receipt of registrations to be processed at the reduced rate. All registrations received after the cut-off will be processed at the higher rate. Registration fees will automatically be adjusted if received for the incorrect amount. October 12, 2005 is the cut-off for advance registrations to be included in the roster of attendees. Refunds, less a $100 administration charge, will be granted only to those who submit written cancellations of registrations and/or ticketed events by October 12, 2005.

Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Credit
Accreditation has been requested for the 2005 Fall Meeting program from the ABA MCLE Division from every state with general mandatory continuing legal education requirements for all lawyers. All appropriate paperwork will be available on site at the registration desk . We will be informing you at a later date whether this meeting will be offered to New York Transitional attorney, Non-Transitional attorneys or both.
