Country-Specific Compendium of Papers on Obtaining Evidence from Abroad

The following set of papers on obtaining evidence for use in the United States from specific foreign countries was compiled in 2005 by Joe Dehner, Frost Brown Todd LLC, Cincinnati, Ohio, former Vice-Chair of the International Litigation Committee.

Each country-specific paper was prepared by a practicing attorney in the subject jurisdiction. The International Litigation Committee has not independently verified the accuracy of the information set forth in these papers. We encourage further submissions with respect to jurisdictions that are not covered in this set of papers, as well as comments, addenda, or updates to the current set of papers.
