What IP Lawyers Need To Know

Welcome to the one annual conference that IP lawyers cannot afford to miss. Now in its 21st year, the Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference of the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law provides a gathering of the foremost authorities on the state of intellectual property law.

Recognized for its national and international scope and preeminent programming, the conference attracts over 600 attendees annually.

The past year has been marked by important changes and developments in many aspects of IP law and practice. IP practitioners face new issues, new areas of practice, and increased diversity that includes a growing international component. More demands than ever are placed on their knowledge and skills.

As in past years, the ABA Section of Science & Technology Law joins with the Section of Intellectual Property Law as a co-sponsor of the conference. A special session on Internet law will be presented, coordinated by both sections
