Section Membership
Membership in the Section of Intellectual Property Law will:
- Enable you to take an active part in programs and institutes presented by the Section.
- Provide an opportunity to exchange ideas, approaches and experiences relating to intellectual property law and allied areas of Section interest with other practitioners, judges and educators from all parts of the country.
- Aid you in keeping pace with the accelerating developments in the many fields closely associated with patents, trademarks and copyrights.
- Encourage you to promote the work of the Section in the practice, teaching and administration of the laws governing intellectual property and simultaneously to establish personal professional relationships.

on questions of vital interest to all lawyers concerned with intellectual
property rights.

If you are currently an ABA member, dues for enrollment in the Section of Intellectual Property Law are $75.00 additional per year and include a subscription to the Section's quarterly Intellectual Property Law Newsletter and the Annual Report.
