The last sentence in Section 9 of Article IX should read: Although uncertainty as to the need for disclosure should be resolved by making the disclosure in the event of a known conflict of interest, information need not be disclosed to the extent that it breaches an obligation of client confidentiality. Instead of: Although uncertainty as to the need for disclosure should be resolved by making the disclosure in the event of a known conflict of interest, disclosure need not be made to the extent that it breaches an obligation of client confidentiality.
