The World Intellectual Property
Organization (WIPO) and the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Intellectual
Property Law are offering a special co-sponsored program on Mediation and Arbitration
of Intellectual Property Disputes. The program will be held at the United Nations
Headquarters in New York on March 30, 2005.
The program features Francis
Gurry, Deputy Director General of WIPO and founder of the WIPO Arbitration
and Mediation Center (arbiter.wipo.int).
The program also features David W. Plant, who will provide a mediators
and arbitrators perspective and ex-perience on the topic, and Robert
W. Sacoff, President of AIPPI United States Group, and Past Chair of the
ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law.
