This Just In...
In a special, free issue of Family Court Review (FCR), this interdisciplinary journal, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) pay special tribute to the ABA Youth at Risk Initiative. According to FCR Editor Andrew Schepard, "I know FCR readers will appreciate the interdisciplinary emphasis of the authors…. They will also appreciate the blend of research, policy, and practice that the articles include. They will find their understanding of how courts, lawyers, and mental health, social, and educational systems can better respond to the needs of youth enhanced by what they learn here. The overall message is clear: the challenges for our youth are great, as is our need to work together to meet them. The ABA can be a strong partner in our overall effort." [More]
