Join your colleagues as the American Bar Association Health Law Section presents its annual Conference on Physician-Legal Issues on Friday, June 22, 2007 at the American Bar Association Conference Center in Chicago, Illinois.

This comprehensive full-day program will focus on the most significant issues and challenges facing physicians and physicians’ lawyers.

Members of our distinguished faculty will address: off-label uses of drugs and devices, challenges related to managed care, an update on medical staff issues, hospitals and joint ventures and evaluating ancillary revenue opportunities. Additionally, we are pleased to welcome back Lewis Morris, Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Heath and Human Services as our Physician-Legal Issues Conference luncheon speaker.

The conference is designed to offer a maximum amount of continuing legal education credit possible in a one-day seminar and the intimate setting of the ABA Conference Center allows for greater interaction among participants and faculty.
