The ABA Health Law Section continues its annual Conference on Physician-Legal Issues on Friday, June 22, 2007 with a program designed to discuss in substantial detail issues currently faced by physicians and physicians' lawyers.

Our distinguished faculty will address the most timely topics of the day including: off-label uses of drugs and devices, challenges related to managed care, an update of medical staff issues, hospitals and joint ventures and evaluating ancillary revenue opportunities. Additionally, Lewis Morris will address the conference luncheon on the general state of the physician/medical industry.

In a one-day live conference, attendees can hear experts in each of these areas of physician law give up-to-date, informed reviews of the challenges facing physicians and physician lawyers. This conference is designed to offer a maximum amount of continuing legal education possible in a one-day seminar.
