Checklists on Legal Preparedness for Public Health Emergencies
Many organizations have been working hard to develop checklists for governmental agencies, healthcare providers and non-healthcare businesses to help them prepare for a public health emergency. We have tried to identify some of the checklists that we believe will be helpful in preparing you to respond when such situations arise.
- Interjurisdictional legal coordination for public health emergency preparedness

- Local government public health emergency legal preparedness and response

- Civil legal liability issues and public health emergencies

- American Bar Association’s Section of State and Local Government Law Task Force on Emergency Management and Homeland Security
