Dear Section Member:
It is with great pleasure that I want to introduce
each of you to our latest membership benefit from
the Section - the e-newsletter from each of our substantive
practice areas, set forth below. This e-newsletter
is a wonderful addition and compliments our already
existing Section e-newsletters on technology, the
Solo Report and our "New Lawyer" report.
To be published quarterly, this e-newsletter can
also be found on our webpage and includes articles
we believe may be helpful in your daily law practices.
Future issues will also include substantive articles
on timely issues as well as "checklists" and
other materials for your use. Personally, I am delighted
to see it being launched today and want to thank
very much Stephen Beam, Director of the Practice
Specialty Division and James Schwartz, E-Newsletter
Practice Coordinator, as well as each of our Practice
Area Coordinators, William Wilhoit, Richard DeMichele,
Deborah Wilson, David Lefton and Scott LeBarre, and
their e-newsletter editors, Scott Laufenberg, David
Wolfe, Steven Hahn, Karla Vogel and Jeffrey Jacobson
for a superb job. Congratulations to each of you.
