Elder Law Website
The Elder Law and Long-Term Care Issues Committee of the Senior
Lawyers Division has developed an Elder Law website
(www.abanet.org/srlawyers/home.html). The website's purpose is to
share articles regarding the legal and financial issues that
affect the elderly. This is an ever-expanding client base that
involves not only seniors but also the adult children of the
elderly. Attorneys around the country are being asked to help
with the issues, and the website is designed to help both the new
and the seasoned practitioner.
