  • Has practiced litigation and business law for more than 30 years (and is close to getting it right) and is an expert in insurance coverage, insurance industry standards and bad faith claims, and employment and commercial litigation matters.
  • Specializes in providing general corporate legal counsel geared toward high-tech industries (a techno-peasant, he is not).
  • Enjoys drafting general benefit packages to retain technology workers (that’s why they get the big bucks).
  • Lives in Denver with his wife, Donna.
