GP|Solo Welcomes New Director

On Monday, November 12, 2007, Kimberly Anderson joined the Association as the new Director of the General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Division.

Kim comes to the ABA with a rich association background. She most recently spent six years in diverse positions with the American College of Healthcare Executives. She will be finishing her Masters Degree in the summer of 2008 at DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, with concentrations in Leadership/Change Management and Entrepreneurship.

Kim did her undergraduate work at Northern Illinois University where she earned a BA in Corporate Communications. She also has her CAE and CMP certificates. In her "spare" time, Kim is also active with the Kellstadt MBA Association, ASAE and the Association Forum of Chicagoland.

Kim enjoys community service work, running, cooking and travel. Kim and her husband, Kurt, live in the South Loop and enjoy the many activities available in the city such as going to the museums and outdoor concerts. They spend a lot of time doting on their smooth hair Fox Terrier, Ernie.

Please join us in welcoming Kimberly Anderson to the Division! She can be reached at anderski@staff.abanet.org or (312) 988-5636.
