On October 15-16, 2009, the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry will hold its Fall Conference in Philadelphia, PA entitled "The Two-Way Street Of Construction Consulting: Learning From The Ins & Outs". This conference will bring into sharp focus persistent issues facing construction counselors - particularly in-house counsel.
