Draft Report on Judicial Conduct
The ABA Joint Commission to
Evaluate the Model Code of Judicial Conduct has released its
Final Draft Report and is seeking comment from the judiciary,
the legal profession and the public. The Final Draft Report
includes an explanatory introduction as well as drafts of
the Preamble, Scope, Terminology and Application sections
and Canons 1-5.
