Family Law and the Military
On September 28th over 160 military lawyers (active duty,
Guard and Reserve), civilian attorneys paralegals, judges
and child support enforcement attorneys attended a complimentary
full day CLE program on Family Law and the Military.
This program presented a comprehensive overview of family
law including the divorce process, foreign divorces, domestic
violence, custody issues, military pension division, UIFSA
and the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
