Child Custody and Adoption Pro Bono Project Announces 2005 Grants
The Child Custody and Adoption Pro Bono Project is pleased to announce the award of $50,000 to enhance the connection between legal advocacy for children in custody cases and critical mental health and social services. Five programs from around the country will share the award. Find out more.

Individual income tax returns are the most accessible source of information that lawyers and judges use in ascertaining net income for purposes of setting support. In reality, however, tax returns can be deceiving, and net taxable income may not be at all similar to the payer’s net cash flow.
