Addressing issues of crucial importance to the conservation and regulated communities, implementing this guidance and determining which areas are now waters of the United States is a new experience for many across the country. Experts will explain how jurisdictional determinations should be done using the 2007 guidance and the new mandatory form. Hear viewpoints from representatives of the regulated community, the conservation community, the government and academia on using this guidance on the ground and have a chance to get your questions answered!
