About the Conference

Eastern water resources law is undergoing substantial challenges and change. Concerns regarding the impacts of longer-term climate change, coupled with near-term critical issues associated with recent severe drought in the southeast, intensifying interstate disputes, and fights over reservoir management have highlighted the need to reexamine and adjust riparian systems and seek innovations to address and resolve new and evolving conflicts. Join your colleagues to hear some of the nation’s leading experts discuss key issues of importance to every water using sector and interest.
