Phoenix Summit!

The Section Fall Meeting is not just a continuing education meeting—it is indeed a summit, where environment, energy, and resources lawyers meet to dialogue on cutting edge topics in the areas of environment, energy, and resources law. The Fall Meeting brings together leading government officials, academics, and practicing lawyers to provide insight and analysis of topics of national and international importance. The meeting will present over twenty-five CLE sessions, including sessions that will tie in with our beautiful Southwest meeting location including water, climate change, and Native American law. Other topics include energy, litigation, biofuels versus food, mining law reform, resources hot topics, and a focus on sustainable development on brownfields, green buildings, and renewable energy.

In addition to the excellent educational sessions, there will be many outstanding networking opportunities at our social events in the evenings at the Heard Museum and the Arizona Biltmore, during Wednesday’s Public Service project, and the offsite trip to the Salt River Project at Arizona Falls on Saturday. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to participate in the many activities planned and the opportunities to catch up with your colleagues. Register today for the 16th Section Fall Meeting!
