Each year the Section publishes an annual summary of developments in environment, energy, and resources law, known as The Year in Review. The International Environmental Law Committee drafts the chapter on international environmental law, under the auspices of The Year in Review Vice Chair. The Year in Review is distributed free of charge to Section members, and a pdf of the 2002 section on international environmental law can be downloaded by clicking here.

Corrigendum: Please note that the first sentence of section 2.a of the 2002 Year in Review should read "final energy bill, the GHG-related legislation" rather than "final energy bill for the GHG-related legislation."
