These concise pieces highlight policy and practical issues currently confronting practitioners while anticipating issues likely to develop in the near future. The articles provide an introduction to complex subjects while identifying the authors as sources of more detailed information. The Committee also uses the Newsletter to publicize Committee events and upcoming programs.
