Environmental Transactions and Brownfields Committee - Newsletter Archive
Vol. 5, No. 1 - February 2003
Editor’s Note
Richard G. Opper
As co-editor of our committees Newsletter it falls to me to apologize for its late issuance. We had hoped that this issue would reach you before the close of 2002, but that year turned out to be a very busy year for brownfields and its last few months were a whirlwind of activity. As a result, we were not able to put together our newsletter until early 2003. We regret that any member of our committee had to go news less and we hope this issue will remind you of the interesting things happening throughout the nation. Thanks to the contributors to this issue who address brownfield developments in Missouri and Illinois, discuss the Wisconsin Experiment, and parse through some new case law. Enjoy!
