Endangered Species Committee - Newsletter Archive
Vol. 5, No. 1 - April 2003
Letter from the Chair
James Stuhltrager
I would like to thank all of those participating in the Endangered Species Committee. The Committee had another busy year last year and is moving forward with an exciting agenda for this year.
Because our practice crosses so many other environmental program areas, we again are focusing our efforts on providing programs, conferences, and newsletters that reflect the diversity of endangered species issues. For example, the 10th Section Fall Meeting in Portland, Oregon, included a program addressing the interplay between the Endangered Species Act and the Clean Water Act. The Committee is preparing other similar events and products that will address issues of interest through convenient forums.
I encourage you to get involved in the Endangered Species Committees activities, and welcome you to enjoy the benefits of being a member. Be sure to visit the Committees Web page (http://www.abanet.org/environ/committees/endangered/) for the most current information. If you have any questions, please call me at 302/477-2086 or e-mail me at james.stuhltrager@law.widener.edu.
