About the Section

Welcome

Dear Colleagues,

Welcome to the Web site of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources. Our Section's mission is to be the premier forum for lawyers working in areas related to environmental law, natural resources law, and energy law. You will find here valuable information about how the Section accomplishes that mission. Whether it is receiving Section publications and electronic updates, attending a Section conference, listening to a Section “quick teleconference” on breaking developments, or becoming actively engaged in the work of our Committees, we think you will find the Section welcoming and rewarding. The 2007-2008 ABA year, which includes much of the campaigning for the election of the next U.S. President, promises to be a busy and productive one in all of our focus areas and we want and need you to be a part of making our Section the premier forum.

If you have questions about the Section or its work, please contact Dana Jonusaitis, our Section Director at (312) 988-5602, or contact me directly. Get involved!
