The Section is committed to providing members with opportunities to enhance professional skills, stay on top of current developments, and dialogue in these substantive areas. New Water Resources Committee Newsletter The November 2009 issue of the Water Resources Committee Newsletter is now available. The newsletter has been posted in .pdf format, so that you can either read the articles online or print out a copy to read at your convenience. ABA Diversity Fellowships in Environmental Law - Program Deadlines Applications are being accepted for the ABA Diversity Fellowships in Environmental Law program in California, Washington, DC, Florida, New York, and Rhode Island. This program is designed to encourage disadvantaged or traditionally underrepresented law students to study and pursue careers in environmental law.
